The reasonably priced restaurant for dinner is a nice plus.

Oh, what a shame! The only downside was the utter lack of traffic and chaos surrounding the resort.

Great breakfast and coffee, super clean room and bathroom, helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room with newly fitted bathtub and good toiletries. Comfy beds and pillows, extra blankets provided. Language barrier handled well by staff. Convenient location, beautiful views of forest and valley. High-quality facilities and excellent buffet breakfast. Don't miss the valley view rooms!

The hotel was in a stunning location so close to the slopes of the valley in a beautiful garden setting and the city center itself and a private valley. Also, we were approx 10-15 minutes' walk from The French Quarter.

The room we booked was beautiful and exceptionally good, with balcony and extra touches, for instance. The location was marvellous, on top of a hill with easy access to a supermarket and stores.

First off, the access to the hotel's sauna was a total game-changer. We pampered ourselves with some relaxing sauna sessions after our adventures. Not to mention, the massage service was top-notch, leaving us feeling like jelly. And the cherry on top? The solarium! We got our tan on and felt like beach bums even though we were up in the mountains. Epic!

If there's one thing we'd ask for, it's a better fun for young party-goers. Don't get us wrong, we had a blast with all the chilled activities, but we were craving some wild and crazy nightlife.

The location was quiet and magnificent, short walk to Quick to lend a helping hand as well as Vietnam, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. There was an attached restaurant nearby. The bed was great, the room was good-sized and ideal with great view.

The location of the hotel is stunning and wonderful, very close to a beautiful garden, the central area, and refer a good restaurant if eating out. Again, it's at a short distance from Coffee plantation.

The accommodation had a secluded location in the mountains. Moreover, it was very close to a lovely valley filled with pine trees.

The rooms are beautiful and stunning with great view and extra touches, for example. The staff are KIND, the breakfast is nice.

Secluded location, within a close distance from a hillside museum. Large and huge room with great view and attentive staff.

Spent xmas at a hotel near Da Lat and it was kind of disappointing. But we liked that the rooms were spacious and clean. The gym was small but enough to do a workout. They gave us complementary bottles of water and towels. The hotel is surrounded by nature and fresh air which is refreshing.

One of the worst aspects was that the hotel was far from the main city, so we had to spend a lot of time commuting. The food was overpriced and not tasty, so we had to eat out.

The staff is especially helpful, makes sure that the place is fairly clean.

The deluxe hotel provided us with a comfortable stay. The room had plenty of facilities, including a private safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and an electronic key card. Everything in the room created a warm atmosphere.
